William IV Girondole Mirror

#7589PP. Circa 1835. England. Gold leaf and gilt on gesso on pine. Convex mirror with single candle arms on each side, unusual dragon top with serpent sides and shell bottom cartouche. Original glass and reeded black liner. Very good condition. Old and new repairs, including some regilding. Period gilded brass candle cups (replaced), and partially replaced back. Height: 42.5", Width: 28", Diameter: 26". $7,500.00.
