French Empire Commode (Chest)

#7742FP. Circa 1815. France. Excellent example of the kind of commode that would have been found all over France in affluent homes in the early to mid 19th century. Marble top (old but probably not original) -- original ormolu pulls and escutcheons -- mahogany with fruitwood, chestnut and oak secondary woods.
