These five engravings of various species of aquatic mammals, including whales and dolphins, were taken from the book "Histoire Naturelle" by Benard Direxit. These are plates #3,7,10,11 & 12 from the section entitled "celaces". Good condition. Framed in London about 10 years ago. Some staining and puckering on engravings. Each engraving frame height: 16.25", frame width: 19"; sight: 8" x 10.5". The set: $2,500.00.
